Return & Exchange Terms

For Online Payment Orders:
● If a return is accepted, the refund will be processed to the original payment method (excluding shipping charges) within 7–10 working days.

Return Eligibility:
A product may be eligible for return or replacement if:

● It is found physically damaged upon delivery.

● The quantity delivered differs from the quantity ordered.

● The variant received is not what was originally ordered.
*All items must be checked in the presence of the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

● Damage caused by misuse or mishandling of the product.

● Loss of original invoice.

● Product is returned without its original packaging, price tags, accessories, promotional items (if any), or if the packaging is damaged.

● Serial number or identification tag has been tampered with.

● Product has been used, altered, or worn.

● Change of Mind is not applicable for return & exchange.

Return/Exchange Policy:

● Please check the delivered products immediately after receiving in presence of delivery agent.

● If any issue is found, you’re recommended to call our customer experience team, providing your name and order ID for faster resolution.

● Any claim made after the delivery person has left will not be entertained.
